I have TA’ed STA130 for semesters 2024 Winter, 2025 Fall, 2026 Winter. The TA duty includes: lead weekly tutorial sessions for 25 students, host office hours, grading, exam invigilation.
As part of the Arrive Ready program, I supported first-year Arts & Science students, by facilitating several online interactive webinars, offering in-person and virtual one-on-one meetings, monitoring SSC live chat, and sending biweekly emails to share valuable experience with students.
I volunteered to be part of the highschool mentorship program hosted by WICS at University of Toronto. I held regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with high school students to provide academic support.
I interacted with and led a group of approximately 300 incoming students to develop a supportive New College community. To assist students in familiarizing themselves with the campus, I provided promotional content regarding New College students’ life at residence and shared university resources that are academic- or life-related.
I completed a four-week remote internship with Adviza on the Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (E, D&I) project. My role involved evaluating the E, D&I charter through research and collaborated with a team of three to design the annual Shine a Light & Make it Bright campaign, which features monthly themed events aimed at increasing employee engagement in E, D&I initiatives.
